Exhibitions are vital to OCAF’s mission, as they showcase local and regional artists and enrich the community with accessible art experiences. They inspire creativity, promote learning, and provide opportunities for personal growth. Through these events, OCAF fosters collaboration and strengthens the cultural vibrancy of Oconee County and northeast Georgia, helping build a connected and creative community.

Experience a dynamic collection of works from OCAF’s members. This exhibition features a variety of styles and mediums, showcasing the creativity of our members. Reminder, all work in this exhibition is for sale.

Puppet Pop-up

An exhibition of very large, wearable puppets by KSU undergrad art students and their professor Lindsay Swan.

Drawing from subconscious dream-states, Swan’s work explores the intersection of the unreal and the psychological, weaving together vivid imagery that challenges and inspires.

“Forging Connections: Metal Art Inspired by the Marine Carbon Cycle” by Barbara Mann

This exhibition features jewelry and metalwork created through a grant from UGA Marine Extension and Georgia Sea Grant’s Artists, Writers, and Scholars program. Titled "A Metal Artist’s View of the Marine Carbon Cycle," the work explores marine themes inspired by research from UGA’s Skidaway Institute of Oceanography and the Shellfish Research Lab. The collection includes representations of plankton, oyster life cycles, and the marine carbon cycle—crafted using a range of metalworking techniques such as forging, etching, casting, and stone setting.
